Luvox 50 pill (SOLVAY 4205 yellow pill) is an FDA-approved medication that is used for the treatment of OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder). Luvox 50 mg tablet is used as an off-label to treat panic disorder, social phobia (social anxiety disorder), and post-traumatic stress disorder. Fluvoxamine is the generic version of the Luvox 50 mg.
Before taking the Luvox 50 mg pill, ensure you are not allergic to its ingredients. If you have taken an MAO inhibitor, wait for 14 days then start taking Luvox otherwise, interaction may take place and you have to face consequences. Like other medications, Luvox has some side effects. These may include symptoms like weakness, unsteadiness, rash or hives, swelling of the eyes, face, or throat, slowed or difficulty breathing, seizures, loss of consciousness, unusual bleeding, bloody nose, drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, constipation, indigestion, gas, change in taste, stuffy nose, decreased appetite, sweating, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, weight loss, nervousness, etc.
